MEXICAN SALSA 
2 tomatoes, peeled, and chopped
4 green onions, including tops, minced
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
1 tsp. vegetable oil
Salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder, to taste

Blend chopped vegetables; add oil and seasonings. Mix well and use as needed. Yield: 1 cup.
