CHILI DIP 
1 block Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers
8 oz. cream cheese, light or regular
1 can chili with beans, any brand
Pie plate or quiche dish
1 bag tortilla chips

Spread cream cheese on bottom of pie plate. Empty can of chili and spread on top of cream cheese. Slice Monterey cheese and cover chili completely. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is bubbly and hot throughout.

Serve with chips. Can be cooked ahead and then microwave before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
