CHINESE PEPPER STEAK 
2 lbs. round steak
1 med. onion
2 med. bell peppers
1 sm. can mushroom (optional)
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. oil

Slice steak into strips 3 inches long and 1/4 inch thick. Heat oil in skillet, place steak in pan. Slice onions in with steak and brown. Put in soy sauce, mushrooms and bell pepper. Cook until peppers are done. Serve over rice or noodles.
