MEXICAN PIZZA 
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. corn oil
1 egg

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Stir until blended, spread batter on bottom and sides of cookie sheet or pizza pan (greased). Fill with Beef 'N Cheese filling. Bake at 400 degree oven for 20 or 30 minutes.

FILLING:

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 c. green chilies (minced)
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. Cheddar cheese

Brown beef with onion, drain off grease. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer 1 minute. Spoon over crust.

NOTE: I like to add just 1/4 of cheese and save the rest to put on top before baking. You may omit chilies. This is also good with bell peppers and onions on top before baking.
