MEXICAN PIZZA 
1 box floured tortillas
1 env. seasoning mix (taco)
1 jar salsa
1 lb. ground beef
1 can refried beans
Cheese of choice
Black olives

In large skillet, add peanut oil to 1/4 inch deep. Heat oil to 375 degrees. Fry tortillas one at a time in hot oil until lightly browned and blistered, about 10 seconds a side. Drain on paper towel.

Prepare the ground beef and taco seasoning as on the package. Spread 2 tablespoons refried beans on each tortilla shell. Top with 2 tablespoons beef and salsa. Sprinkle with cheese and garnish with black olives. Broil pizza about 8 inches from heat for about 2 minutes until cheese is melted. Makes about 8 pizzas.
