1 sm. box of Crispix or Rice Chex
3 c. powdered sugar
1 stick butter
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
Paper bag

In the paper bag; add cereal and powdered sugar. Close bags and shake. Melt butter, chocolate chips and peanut butter in saucepan. Pour over cereal/sugar mixture then close bag and shake again. Serve.
