BLUEBERRY PIE 
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 pts. blueberries
1 (9 inch) pie shell

1. In medium bowl, combine sugar, cornstarch and 1/2 cup water. Cook on high 2 minutes or until mixture is thick. Stir.

2. Stir in blueberries; cook on High 3 minutes, stirring once. Pour in baked pie shell. 8 servings.
