MINI MEAT LOAVES 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce or steak sauce
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine the above ingredients. Mix well. Fill 1/2 cup with meat mixture. Unmold into pan. Combine 3/4 cup catsup and 3 tablespoons brown sugar. Add mustard if desired. Pour catsup mixture over the big meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
