BRUSSELS SPROUTS 
4 strips bacon, cut into 1 inch strips
4 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 1/2 lbs. Brussels sprouts, cut in half lengthwise
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. water

In a large skillet, cook bacon and onion until bacon is cooked but not crisp, about 5 minutes. Push bacon and onion to side of pan. Remove skillet from heat and arrange Brussels sprouts cut side down in skillet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add water to skillet. Cover and cook until sprouts are fork tender, about 8 to 10 minutes. Stir sprouts, bacon and onion together to serve.
