WILD RICE MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. wild rice, washed
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/3 c. cracker crumbs
1/3 c. milk
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 can cream of mushroom soup mixed with 1 can water

Mix all together and form into balls. Brown in heavy fry pan in a mixture of 1/2 oil and 1/2 butter. Pour over this soup. Cover and simmer in oven for 1 1/4 hours at 250 degrees.
