SWEDISH MEAT BALLS WITH RICE 
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. ground chuck
1 egg
Salt & pepper to taste
3/4 c. Matzo Meal
1 can Swanson beef broth
2 cans mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms, if desired

Mix ground chuck, egg, salt and pepper and Matzo meal and form into little balls.

Empty can of beef broth in large skillet (with cover), add meat balls and cook until done (30 minutes). Add two cans of mushroom soup and cover pan. Cook 40 minutes or so. Serve over rice. (Can add canned mushrooms at the end, if family desires.)
