BEEF CROQUETTES 
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. beef bouillon
1 med. onion
3 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 c. bread crumbs

Brown ground beef and drain well. (Save drippings for gravy.) Put ground beef through food chopper or processor. Fry onion in skillet in butter. Put onion through food processor.

Mix ground beef, onion, beef bouillon, beaten eggs and bread crumbs. Chill. Make this mixture into logs and dip into beaten eggs and bread crumbs; chill again. Fry in Crisco (deep). If desired make gravy from drippings.
