PINEAPPLE ZUCCHINI DESSERT 
1 gallon zucchini (17 c., cubed)
1 tsp. pineapple oil (drug store - 1 dram)
3 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. concentrated lemon juice
1 can (46 oz.) unsweetened pineapple

Bring to a boil. Add squash and boil 10 minutes. Hot pack in pints.
