PINEAPPLE-ZUCCHINI PRESERVES 
6 c. grated zucchini, peeled and seeded
4 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 pkg. Sure Jell
1 (10 oz.) bottle maraschino cherries and juice

Combine above ingredients and boil together for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in 1 (3 oz.) package orange Jello. Stir until dissolved. Seal in jars or freeze. Tastes like orange marmalade.
