MEXICAN SALAD 
1 lg. head lettuce, chopped
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
2 tomatoes, diced
1 (15 oz.) can Ranch style beans, washed and drained
1/2 chopped onion
1 bottle Catalina salad dressing
1 (10 oz.) pkg. regular-size Fritos, crushed

Mix together lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, beans, and onion. Add Catalina dressing and toss salad. Let stand in refrigerator before serving.

Just before serving, add the crushed Fritos and mix thoroughly. SUGGESTION: Punch 2 holes in Fritos bag to crush the Fritos.
