MUSTARD SHORT RIBS 
4 lbs. short ribs or pork ribs
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
4 onions
1/4 c. shortening (to brown meat)

Brown ribs. Mix: lemon juice, mustard, garlic, sugar, salt, pepper together. Pour over ribs. Slice onions and lay on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours or until done.
