PUMPKIN CREAM CHEESE SQUARES 
Filling:

1/2 cup (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg

Blend well.

Batter:

1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 cup Semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Heat oven to 375. Spray pan with vegetable oil. Whisk cream cheese, sugar and egg with 10 inch whisk in batter. Combine sugar. Pour into pan, drizzle cream over batter. Cut through with knife for marbled effect; sprinkle with chocolate morsels.

Bake 25 or 30 minutes. Cool and cut in squares.
