GERMAN COLESLAW 
1 med. head cabbage, shredded
1 med. onion, thinly sliced
1 green pepper, chopped
Parsley flakes
2/3 c. sugar

Mix first 4 ingredients. Pour sugar over and mix thoroughly.

DRESSING:

2/3 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. oil
1/2 tsp. celery salt

Boil and then pour over vegetable mixture. Chill at least 2 hours. Will keep in refrigerator 8-10 days.
