TABOUILI 
2 c. bulgar wheat

Cover with 1/4" boiling water. Allow to soften.

DRESSING:

1/4 c. olive oil
1-2 tbsp. tamari (or soy)
Salt & pepper
Fresh dill, mint, parsley to taste
2 tbsp. nutritional yeast (available at health food store)
1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Lemon juice to taste
Parmesan cheese

Add to taste:

Garbanzo beans
Chopped red cabbage
Cooked beets (red)
Chopped tomato
Chopped green onion
