TATERS - A - LA - BENNETT 
1 lb. tater tots (frozen)
1/4 c. green pepper, diced
1/4 c. onion, diced
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of potato soup
1 sm. carton sour cream

Spread tater tots in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over tater tots. Cover with foil and bake for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Then remove foil and bake another 1/2 hour.
