SHRIMP IN GREEN PEPPER RINGS 
2 lg. green peppers
3/4 lb. shelled cooked shrimp
1/2 c. chopped celery
Lettuce
Chopped parsley
Cocktail dressing

Cut green peppers into 1 inch rings. Place on lettuce. Mix shrimp with celery and fill pepper rings. Pour cocktail dressing over the shrimp and garnish with parsley. Serves 6.
