DOUGHNUT HOLES 
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Drop batter by teaspoonfuls into hot oil (375 degrees). Fry 4 or 5 doughnuts at a time, for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Roll in confectioners' sugar, or in mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon or leave plan, if desired. About 5 dozen.
