DOUGHNUT HOLES 
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. butter, melted
Vegetable oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Sift together flour, baking powder, 1/3 cup sugar and salt. Add milk, egg, and butter. Mix until smooth. Drop batter by teaspoonfuls into deep oil heated to 375 degrees. Fry until golden brown, turning once. Drain well. Combine 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon; stir well. Roll doughnuts in cinnamon mixture until coated. Serve warm. Yield: about 3 1/2 dozen.
