DOUGHNUT HOLES 
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. cold water
Vegetable oil (to fry)

1. Mix sugar and cinnamon in plastic bag or bowl.

2. Stir baking mix and water to a soft dough.

3. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls into hot oil.

4. Fry about 1/2 minute on each side or until golden brown and puffy.

5. Drain on paper towel.

6. While still warm, coat in sugar mixture. Makes 1 dozen.
