CORN PUDDING 
2 eggs
1 can crushed corn
1 lg. evaporated milk
3 tbsp. corn starch
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter, melted

Beat eggs, dissolve corn starch in 1/4 cup water. Mix all ingredients together. Bake in 1 3/4 quart baking dish at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
