SKINNY DIP 
1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. minced onion
1/8 tsp. salt(optional)
1/2 packet Equal sweetener

Combine all ingredients thoroughly in a mixing bowl. Chill several hours. Serve with crisp raw vegetables.

Makes 2 servings.
