SKINNY DIP 
3/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
2 tbsp. Blue cheese
1 tbsp. chopped green onions
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine ingredients in blender. Cover and chill. Serve with veggies.
