PEARS IN SNOW SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. pear juice
1 #2 1/2 can pear halves
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
1 egg white, beaten

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, add pear juice and chill until syrupy. Beat until fluffy and fold in egg whites and whipped cream. Pour into dish and let set for about 15 minutes in refrigerator. Arrange the pear halves on top of the mixture and sprinkle with coconut.
