PORK KABOBS | |
1 or more lbs. boneless pork chops 1 green pepper, cut in 1 inch pieces 1 can pineapple chunks 1/2 c. brown sugar 2 1/2 oz. soy sauce 1/2 tbsp. garlic salt 1/8 tsp. ginger Marinade: Mix brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic salt, ginger and 1/4 cup pineapple juice from can. Cut pork into 1 inch cubes and place in quart size storage bag. Pour marinade over pork, seal bag and refrigerate at least 3 hours. Alternate pork, pineapple chunks and pepper on skewers. Place on gas grill or in broiler approximately 20 minutes, turning to brown meat on all sides. (You can baste with remaining marinade, during cooking.) Serve with rice. |
