PINEAPPLE PORK KABOBS 
2 1/2 - 3 lbs. pork, cut in 1" cubes
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 eggs
3 sm. onions
2 green peppers
1 1/2 c. pineapple chunks

Combine sugar, salt, soy sauce and eggs. Stir in pork and refrigerate several hours, stirring constantly.

Meanwhile, cut the onions in half and peppers into 1 inch square pieces. Remove pork from marinade and dredge in cornstarch. Skewer, alternating with onion, green pepper and pineapple chunks.

Grill directly over sparse coals, 15-20 minutes, until pork is thoroughly cooked. Turn frequently basting with peanut oil after first 5 minutes.
