MISSISSIPPI MUD PIE 
1 stick butter, softened
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. flour
1 lg. (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1 sm. instant chocolate pudding
1 sm. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk

Mix first 3 ingredients together and press in a sprayed 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool.

SECOND LAYER: Mix cream cheese and Cool Whip (save some Cool Whip for top) and powdered sugar. Beat and spread on crust.

THIRD LAYER: Mix puddings with 3 cups milk and pour on cooled crust. Top with extra Cool Whip and a few chopped nuts.

Variations in recipe can be lemon pudding or peanut butter could be added to cream cheese mix.
