CARAMEL BARS 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. melted butter
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix together; pat in 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. May add cinnamon, chopped peanuts, or chocolate chips. Use a little less flour when adding nuts or chips.
