CHOCOLATE CARAMEL BARS 
32 light caramels
5 tbsp. cream or evaporated milk
1 c. flour
1 c. oatmeal
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter
1 c. chocolate chips

Melt caramels and evaporated milk together and keep warm until used. In a medium bowl, combine flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, soda, salt and butter. Reserve 1 cup flour mixture and pat remainder into 9x13 inch pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle chocolate chips over top. Drizzle caramel sauce over chips. Sprinkle reserved crumbs over pan. Bake 10-15 minutes longer.
