LIGHT TEMPTATION CAKE 
1 pkg. white angel food cake mix
1/2 (2.6 oz.) pkg. whipping topping mix (1 env.)
1 (6 oz.) container strawberry lowfat yogurt
1 pt. strawberries, cut into fourths
1 or 2 drops red food coloring
Powdered sugar

When cake has cooled completely, trim brown crust and remove from pan. Cut cake in layers (3) using long thin serrated knife.

Prepare whipped topping as package directions using skim milk. Stir in yogurt, half the strawberries and food coloring.

Spread 1/3 of the whipped topping between layers and on top of cake. Top with remaining strawberries. Before serving dust with powdered sugar. Serves 12.
