1 can tart pie cherries
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
2 pkgs. cherry gelatin
1 c. pecans, finely chopped
2 Coca Cola

Bring cherry juice, sugar and water to boil. Add gelatin and dissolve. Stir in cherries and pecans. Add coke. Stir well and pour into an 8x12 inch pan. (I often use a mold.) Chill until set. Serve on lettuce and garnish with mayonnaise and maraschino cherries. Serves 12.
