CHERRY COKE SALAD 
1 lg. Coke - room temperature
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 lg. can black bing cherries
2 pkgs. black cherry Jello
1 c. chopped pecans

Drain fruit and add water to make 2 cups liquid. Heat to boil (dissolve Jello in liquid). Cool and add Coke (2 cups). Allow to set until thick but not firm. Add fruit and pecans. Excellent to serve with turkey and dressing.
