CHERRY - TOPPED CHEESECAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 tbsp. oil
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tsp. vanilla
1 can (1 lb. 5 oz.) cherry pie filling
1 1/2 c. milk

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Set aside 1 cup cake mix. Mix together remainder of cake mix, oil and 1 egg. This will be crumbly. Press into bottom and 3/4 cup each side of 9 x 13 inch sheet cake pan.

Mix together cream cheese and sugar. Add 3 eggs and 1 cup cake mix. Mix well for 1 minute, then add milk at low speed. Add flavorings; mix well until smooth. Pour into crust. Bake at 300 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until set. When cool, top with pie filling. Chill.
