COUNTRY BRAISED PORK CHOPS 
4-6 pork chops
1 sm. onion, diced
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. fat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6-8 sm. potatoes, diced
Turnip root is better
4 carrots, diced
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt

Fry onions until they are lightly brown. Push aside. Dredge pork cubes in flour and brown. Put onions, carrots, turnip roots, seasonings, cream of mushroom soup, 1 can of water and simmer over low heat for about 1 hour or until meat is tender. Stir occasionally to keep from sticking.
