CURLY NOODLE SALAD 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. curly noodles, cooked and drained
4-5 grated carrots
1 lg. diced onion
1 lg. diced green pepper
4-5 diced celery stalks
2 c. salad dressing
1/2 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk

Mix and refrigerate. This recipe makes a very large salad.
