TUNA AND RICE DINNER 
6 1/2 oz. can of tuna, drained, I usually use more
1/2 to 1 c. rice
2 tbsp. butter
1 lg. celery stalk, chopped
1 sm. onion, diced
1 sm. garlic clove, diced
16 oz. can stewed tomato with juice
1/2 c. to 1 c. water
1 tsp. brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare rice as on box. In skillet melt butter add celery, onion, garlic, cook until tender, remove garlic. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in 10 inch baking dish or 2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered 25 minutes or until liquid absorbed.
