GLAZED STRAWBERRY PIE 
2/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
3 tbsp. strawberry-flavored gelatin
1 qt. strawberries, fresh
1 (9 inch) baked pie shell

In a small saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Add corn syrup and water. Bring mixture to a boil and cook, stirring constantly until mixture is thick and clear. Add gelatin, stirring until dissolved. Cool. Rinse and hull strawberries. Halve or quarter large berries. Place strawberries in pie shell. Pour in gelatin mixture, chill.
