SAUERKRAUT HOTDISH 
2 lbs. hamburger
2 onions, chopped

32 oz. sauerkraut, drained
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. water

Mix soups and water together.

2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
3 c. egg noodles, raw

Layer in 9x13 pan: 1/2 meat mixture; top with raw noodles, meat mixture and another layer of raw noodles. Put sauerkraut on top; pour soup mixture over all and top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes covered and 15 minutes uncovered.
