"STUFF" HOTDISH | |
2 lbs. hamburger 1/2 head cabbage 2 potatoes 4 carrots 1 onion 1 can cream of mushroom soup Spread 1 pound raw hamburger over bottom of heavy, large fry pan. Cut or chop onion fine, spread over hamburger. Cut carrots on shredder. Cut cabbage on shredder. Slice potatoes thin. Spread in layers and top with remaining hamburger. Pour soup over vegetables. Then add hamburger. Cook on medium heat 15 minutes then on low heat 15 minutes. Use electric skillet at 300 degrees then 185 degrees. |
