SUGAR FREE STRAWBERRY SPREAD 
1 env. unflavored gelatin
3 c. chopped fresh strawberries
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 c. white grape juice
2 tbsp. frozen unsweetened cranberry concentrate, thawed

In a small cup, soften gelatin in grape juice. In a medium saucepan, combine remaining ingredients. Bring mixture to a boil and simmer uncovered 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in gelatin mixture until dissolved. Cool to room temperature. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. Yield: About 2 cups of spread.
