GINGER PEAR CRUMBLE 
1 c. gingersnaps into crumbs, 1 c. = 26 snaps
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt (opt.)
3-4 pared pears, cut in half or 2 1/2 c. drained pears
1 tbsp. lemon juice to sprinkle over

Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm.
