SESAME FRIED RICE 
1 can (13 3/4 oz.) chicken broth
2 c. cooked meat, diced (ham, chicken, pork, beef)
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. long-grain white rice
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. sesame seeds, toasted or plain
4 green onions, cut in 1/4" slices

Add water to chicken broth to make 2 1/4 cups. Set aside. Brown meat in oil. Reduce heat to low. Stir in rice and saute until golden. Add liquid, soy sauce and sesame seeds. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low and cover pan. Simmer 30 minutes. Stir in green onions. Serves 4-6.
