SEVEN LAYER SALAD 
6 hard boiled eggs
1 head iceburg lettuce, shredded
1 green pepper, diced
1 c. chopped celery
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 box frozen peas (thawed)
2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. crisp bacon bits

Prepare salad in a large bowl; add ingredients one at a time as listed, each in a separate layer. Do not toss. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Serve in bowl after mixing or digging down deep into the salad bowl to get a portion of each layer.
