CHRISTMAS DELIGHT FRUIT CAKE 
This is a real gourmet delight!

1 lb. candied pineapple
1 lb. candied cherries
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. pitted dates
1 1/2 lb. chopped pecans
1 1/2 (7 oz. ea.) bags Baker's Angel Flake sweetened coconut
2 (14 oz. ea.) cans Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk

Chop fruits and nuts. Mix fruit, nuts and coconut flakes with sweetened condensed milk using a wooden spoon. Pack into tube baking pan that has been lined with waxed paper.

Bake in slow oven (250°F) for 2 hours.
