SLOPPY JOES 
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
1 can chicken gumbo soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown hamburger and onion in skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add soup and tomato sauce. Simmer 1/2 hour or until thick. Serve over buns. To serve a crowd, double or triple and cook in crockpot after browning beef and onions. Freeze leftovers for fast suppers later!
