NE-NE'S CHRISTMAS SAUSAGE QUICHE 
1 lb. sausage
2 - 9 in. pie crusts
1 c. grated swiss cheese
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
4 large eggs beaten
2/3 c. milk
dash salt
1 - 8 oz. sour cream

Cook sausage and crumble; drain. Line pie crusts with sausage. Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Beat together eggs, milk, salt, and sour cream. Pour over sausage.

Bake at 350°F for one hour.
